Hidden hazards by low blood pressure
Normal blood pressure in human beings is 120/80, if your blood pressure remains below the normal values, you may face certain serious medical issues:
Cognitive decline:
An appropriate blood pressure is required to maintain blood supply to brain in order to supply nutrients and oxygen to brain, but if B.P remains low this required blood pressure is not achieved hence brain functioning declines.
Vision issues:
Similarly with low B.P intraocular pressure may be disturbed that may cause blurred vision.
Fatigue and weakness:
When blood supplies decline to organs responsible for energy production, one may face energy deficit, moreover low oxygen supplies further enhance the feeling of fatigue.
Heart damage:
Response against fainting involve extra workload on heart, that may damage heart and cause long term complications.
