What are the early signs of heart attach

For managing angina attach, time plays very important role. It is very important to treat angina as soon as possible, because more the delay more the heart damage is. So one of first priorities in managing a heart attach is timely first aid.

Some important early signs of angina are:

  • Chest discomfort: There may be feeling of heavy chest, or pressure in chest.
  • Radiating pain: A pain that radiates to left arm, jaw, neck, shoulder, or back.
  • Shortness of breath: There may be difficulty in having a deep breath.
  • Fatigue: There may be signs fatigue.
  • Anxiety: There may be signs of anxiety, like sweating

If these signs occur upon exersion, it may indicate stable angina that is because of narrowing of blood vessels that take blood to the heart.         If symptoms occur at rest it may indicate unstable angina, that is because of stucking blood clot, or it may be Variant angina that is because of  muscular spasm in coronary artery.

Now what is the basic first aid in such case:

  1. Avoid any physical activity or exersion
  2. Breath deeply
  3. Cough after every 4 or 5 breaths
  4. Call emergency first aid service
  5. Take nitroglycerine tablet after every 10 minutes until reaching hospital
