What is allergy
Allergy means over reaction by immune system against any agent, and that agent is called allergen. These allergens may be:
- Inhalants: they cause allergic reaction when they are inhaled, for example any perfume, Paints, Dust, Smoke etc.
- Ingestants: they cause allergic reactions when eaten, for example peanuts, wheat, soy etc.
- contactants: they cause allergy, when come in contact with skin e.g certain metals, certain cosmetics, certain fabric.
